Try and distribute your weight evenly through your feet, and sides of the body - lengthen up through the crown of your head and press down through the feet evenly, this will help activate pelvic floor. Let the arms be long by your side, belly connected. Try and walk with an even stance. ♥️

    Had a fabulous time hiking Hinchinbrook w 12 girls Had a fabulous time hiking Hinchinbrook w 12 girls - 4 nights - carrying all our needs, tent, food & Tequilla 😂 beautiful sights and laughs, a challenging walk but feeling strong and fit. I celebrated my 50 laps at Mulligan Falls & after we kayaked the Tully river. Such a great reset, adventure and being outdoors, feeling so grateful & revived. Pilates definately keeps me strong for these missions ♥️

    The Human Body is an incredibly fascinating thing, The Human Body is an incredibly fascinating thing, today we reflect on Mothers. To make and have a baby is a miracle 🌺 to heal from having a child and raising a child is a journey, one that’s much better alongside good healthy friends and families, pilates plays an integral part in getting our bodies back and I love helping other mums and easing the path of returning to yourself.
