Monday 9am

Wednesday 11am

First Class is Free and there after $20

Each class is generally an all round class focusing on all body parts stretching and strengthening. Keeping your body able to do all the other activities you LOVE.

Breathing, Spine mobility, muscle isolation and activation, also balancing your body and balances are just a few points of our class focus.
