It’s working & I am continually grateful, learning never stops ♥️ I would encourage you to consider your awaking routine & maybe implement something nice to help you start your day on a good foot, so to speak - it doesn’t have to be huge it can just be one small thing like a couple of deep breaths, we have to all start somewhere 🤙🏼

Monday Mat Class - I have such admiration for thes Monday Mat Class - I have such admiration for these amazing ladies that have been practising Pilates for 10 + years, having been gifted to me 6 yrs ago we maintain at least one class a week, some of them two. 
My focus is on functional movement & strength & mobility. Also every class we balance on one leg, they are amazing & I feel lucky to teach them. After every class is a coffee & chat ♥️ connection & communication is a huge part of health & well being. Every Monday 8.45am Byron Bay.
