It was such a privilege to teach a few Pilates Mat It was such a privilege to teach a few Pilates Mat classes for the incredible Kate James recent retreat in Byron Bay. A beautiful location for a lovely group of woman that came on a 5 day wellness retreat led by Kate. Kates work spans a few decades & she is most respected for her dedication to meditation & helping others through her coaching business @total_balance To be invited to teach was such a lovely gesture for me, I have been meditating daily for over a year now & its truly made such a difference to my life, so to be aligned with such a kind person as Kate & help her help others was a real career high. A-lot of my work is helping people gain a greater understanding of their bodies & also minds. Pilates is a great was to gain access to these parts of ourselves. Check out Kates work she is amazing & has a few books also. @sangsurya_retreat_centre was the tranquil location.
