I recently re visited free diving & breath hold by participating in a course with Angus @beunderwater - it was so informative & awesome to practise. The art of relaxation in the pool & training our capacity to hold CO2, I’m excited for our ocean trip soon. I highly recommend challenging yourself & enjoying the wonderful knowledgable teachers that are so willing to share their knowledge & passion.
