Sometimes Family & friends are the hardest to get going & realise the importance of looking after our moving parts, I find around 40ish yrs things start to get creaky & maybe not function as they did before. Balance & being able to balance is something that Balance & being able to balance is something that is challenged as we grow up, this is a wonderful way to challenge our stability with lateral side leg press to standing single leg balance balance, you can also do this with a slippery disc or a hand towel - ♥️ you can see how hard my ankle is working to stabilise, much the same as knees and hips.
